  • Are you operating at full capacity or with a limited staff?

  • Any inventory issues  should I  be aware of? Should I contact you before coming in or do you anticipate maintaining inventory levels as of now? 
Chico’s Covid-19 Help Group was created to keep customers informed of any shortage or disruptions. We are also recommending customers to use the Special-Order form to assure that we will have enough in stock. 

  • Are you taking any special cleaning / sanitizing measures?  
Yes, we have always gone the extra mile to keep the store clean and sanitized for the safety of our customers and their pets. Now we are increasing our cleaning routine and following all CDC protocols.
