To Our Loyal Customers & Pet Lovers Community

I know it has been a difficult week for all of us and I hope you and your family are safe and we want to keep it that way, and make it easier to you and your furry ones. 
I want to let you know that Chico’s team is doing everything to protect the health and safety of both our customers and employees at this time. 

We are monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely, and we are taking all necessary measures provided to us by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), including: 

• Advising all employees to stay home if they fell sick. 
• Implementing the hygiene protocols from the CDC for any on-site employees. 
• Adding increasingly detailed cleaning and sanitation practices to our daily routine. 
• We have implemented a 10 people limit shopping inside the store at the same time.
• We have created an online group where all our customers can join for free and learn all updates, request special orders and delivery.
• We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures as needed in order to ensure everyone's safety. If you have any questions please call us at (703)750-6675 and we will do our best to ease your concerns.
